Dr. Chris Ebo Duruegbusoaku is an accomplished educational leader, counseling psychologist, academic researcher, lecturer, and institutional development consultant with over two decades of experience in education, leadership, student development, and organizational transformation. He is passionate about empowering individuals and institutions through guidance, counseling, research, mentorship, and strategic educational leadership.

Holding a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Guidance and Counselling/Psychology from the University of Ilorin, Dr. Ebo has built a distinguished career dedicated to academic excellence, student welfare, and institutional growth. He also holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Counselor Education, School Counseling, and Guidance Services from the same institution.

As a Project Adviser and Consultant, he has successfully guided educational institutions through strategic planning, governance development, accreditation processes, quality assurance implementation, and organizational transformation initiatives. His leadership contributed significantly to the development of the Rock University Project in Nigeria, helping shape its governance structures and long-term sustainability framework.

Dr. Ebo previously served as Vice Chairman and Board Member of Logos International Secondary School, where he directed institutional policies, led school restructuring initiatives, organized professional development programs, and championed student-focused interventions. He has also served as a Research Assistant Lecturer, teaching Occupational Psychology and Behavior Modification while mentoring undergraduate and postgraduate students.

His research interests include psychology, counseling, educational leadership, ethics, and behavioral development. He is a published scholar and co-author of the journal article “Ethical Issues in Research Involving Human Subjects,” published in the African Journal of Innovative Research and Advanced Studies.
